John Paulus Lies About Clay Aiken Again

And once again, the stalker is shown to be a liar. There has NOT been massive outcrying over Clay appearing at this church. The initial so-called complaint or "question" of the so-called "concerned citizen" was probably stalker boy himself, trying to get this riled up. There has been no upheavel among people who actually attend this church. Sounds like Clay's people knew he would try to jump in and the church was prepared from day one to deal with the attacks, thereby having a ready-made "letter" for when the "concerned individuals" launched their attack. Guess it didn't turn out like another event that was "narrow minded" and wouldn't bother to seek out the truth. Good for this church truly showing an open Christian attitude in taking a man at his word and not falling for lies generated by a slime tabloid and an even bigger slime person.

Church has no plans to cancel Clay Aiken concert
BY JOE RODRIGUEZ
The Wichita Eagle

Clay Aiken A concert by Clay Aiken at Wichita's Central Christian Church will go on as scheduled next month, a church leader said Wednesday as the leader dismissed a tabloid's article that the church was under attack for hosting the performance.

Aiken, who gained fame on the show "American Idol," is set to perform a Christmas concert at the church Nov. 26.

An article in the most recent issue of the National Enquirer cited a source who said "the church received a lot of attacks" when it announced earlier this year that Aiken would perform. The evangelical church has Wichita's largest Protestant congregation. The article claimed the outrage was centered on Aiken's sexual orientation.

One church leader characterized the article as "just absolutely false." Senior Pastor David Welsh was unavailable for comment.

In June or July, shortly after the church decided to hold the concert, church leaders crafted a memo that addressed, in part, questions that could arise about Aiken's sexual orientation.

A copy of the letter, circulated among church leaders, made many points, including:

• "Clay has always spoken openly about his Christian beliefs. He doesn't drink, smoke, swear or womanize. He won't sing about sex or even use lyrics with innuendo. During his Idol appearance in 2004, Aiken wore his WWJD bracelet each show."

• "His holiday CD includes several songs about Christ's birth. During a tour for Disney, he sang an explicitly Christian song ('You Were There') which references Abraham, David and Jesus."

"In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine in July 2003, Aiken... stated that he is not gay. This fact was again confirmed in an interview with 'Today's Christian,' an internet website and service of Christianity Today, International."

The letter went on: "Keep in mind, this is an 'outreach event.' Many of Clay's fans are Christians, however some may never darken the halls of a church, but for this one event."

The Central Christian Church leader said that the memo surfaced outside the church within the past few weeks, when someone claiming to be "a concerned citizen" e-mailed the church about Aiken's sexuality. A copy of the memo was sent to the person, the church leader said.

The church has not made any changes in its plans to hold the concert.
"Our official position is we are hosting a Christmas concert and have invited Clay Aiken to be our guest," said Gary Walker, chairman of the church's Board of Elders, its governing body.

"He will be singing songs from his 2004 Christmas album. The concert is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 26 and tickets are $30, $35 and $40."

To see in Clay's own words several responses to "the question" that so many try to claim he has never addressed, scroll down the blog to the original post about the lies -- there is a You Tube video posted "Setting the Record Straight." To say he hasn't, is just another lie in the long list of lies told. Setting the Record Straight

Oh goodness--even more lies. Those "I never filed for bankruptcy" stories seem to be just that -- big tall tales. Check out the following sites and info:

Despite his assertions that he never filed bankruptcy and never defaulted on his debts, these documents prove otherwise.

"Listen if there was any information on me that was legitimate it would be on every Claymate operated blog before it could be verified. That's not moth balls your smelling, that's Claymate desperation.

Since you asked . . . .

Here it is. This is the first in a series where we will reveal legitimate information Paulus contends does not exist.

Clay, the Man and His Music

I have shown some of my favorite pictures of the man being the humanitarian, educator, and loving person that he is. Someone pointed me to a great video which I hadn't seen before. It happens to use a beautiful song, sung by a great voice -- no, not Clay this time, even though I also include a version by him. This first one though is Josh Groban. The song is The Prayer. The song, wonderfully enough, was written by a man, David Foster, who means so much to both these guys and who has shown that he in turn loves these young men as well. How fitting to hear each of them sing his beautiful song.

Josh's version, with a Clay montage of his humanitarian activities, whether as a Unicef Ambassador, the head man for BAF, a volunteer for other charities, a man graciously granting a wish to a very sick young boy whose wish was to sing with Clay on stage, to making sure children had fun at a skating event, even if they themselves couldn't skate.

Clay and Quiana -- while the video itself is not the best quality (it was a sneak ha ha), the sound is good. They performed this at Clay's BAF Fundraiser in March 2007. Sounds beautiful for a live version with no band or orchestra performing, just a couple of great singers and a piano.

It also made me think of other things and connections with David, and what a great inspiration he is, with not only his songs, but with his mentoring of young people in the business. With Clay it almost seems to have become a surrogate father-son relationship. Clay has appeared numerous places and times with David, from David's own benefit, to other occurrences in Canada in CA.

The friendship, yet mutual respect shown between the men, has been very touching - they compliment each other so well in their thoughts, cares, actions, even the personalities, as witnessed when seeing them together at David's charity event in 2006, when Clay was a guest judge and performer. They were funny together during the judging, they were funny and spectacular together during the performance, and they came together for a special offer to raise money, that pulled a cool million based on private performances of them together, which Clay offered to do on the spur of the moment during the auction. Their banter goes together as well as the music.

One of my favorite moments between them was the performance of Unchained Melody which was spectacular. But even more fun was what occurred after that. It was amazing to hear Clay be able to "jump into a song" on the spur of the moment and go right to it. It was also great fun to see someone of David's caliber be so excited over a young singer.

Perhaps one of the best things ever to come from this relationship is the beautiful song they wrote together. Undoubtedly one of the prettiest songs I have ever heard -- the music is gorgeous, the words are so moving, and of course, the performances, both recorded and live, have been absolutely stunning. Thank you David for inspiring and mentoring Clay, and for being a great friend, above and beyond the call of just being a fellow artist. From the funny guy on stage, Clay's goofy banter, he still constantly praises others -- and then changes into the man that has a voice beyond compare. The way his voice works with that lonesome cello is just breathtaking.

Another classic beauty of David's music and Clay's voice is the ever gorgeous My Grown Up Christmas List. Instead of the frequent female versions, that end up practically screaming in parts of it, the way Clay sings it almost makes you feel the true prayer aspect of the song.

John Paulus Recanted his lies about Clay Aiken

John Paulus, the internet trolling gay who claims to have met Clay Aiken and spent some time with him one evening (and way more than that) said on his weblog back in March 2007 that he lied about his alleged January 2, 2006 hookup with Clay Aiken. Shortly after, he recanted his recant and since then has even tried on ocassion to act as though it never even happened at all. He has lied once again to NE, and has them spieling the same lies, that it was never recanted and that he passed a lie detector test.

However, according to Paulus' recant, he was recruited by a group of eight people in July of 2005 to discredit Aiken’s straight-arrow image and portray him as a promiscuous homosexual. He claimed he was contacted through one of his profiles on a gay website that looks for other men and some action.

“They saw me there and that I was muscular, attractive, and from NC. and persuaded me to help them. So we worked out this scheme over 6 months and put it into place going over ever detail. I even took 3 prior lie detector test so that I could pass one by any media that gave me one.”

“… it was nothing but a story concocted by another Idols fans and I was nothing, but the front person in this scheme.”

When asked about things he had said and supposed evidence he stated:

“Oh what about the rag? Used a prop. And the cell phone calls? They were calls made by “haters” to my phone. And the hotel room? There was really a room 207 and I really did check in and I did walk with someone into the room.” “Clay and I never met nor have we ever had sex.”

Asked why he did this for a year, he posted:

“My only compensation was that they would get me in touch with Lucas to do porno.”

I guess the claim is that the brief encounter with a porn career (as short lived as it was) is what paid his bills since Jan 2006, since he has worked very little since then. There were also claims that Clay's fans were threatening him, his family, harassing him and calling him a liar. Ok that he calls Clay a liar 10-100 times a day, but how dare someone call him one, when he has no proof of ever having even seen Clay face to face, with the exception of finally attending a concert in 2007. How do you mistake a 6'1" man for someone who is 5'8" as he originally claimed? Why continue such a farce?

"Because Claymates pissed me off and it was fun messing with them.”

When asked why the recant, he explained that his co-conspirators were mad because he was easing up the Clay hatred and bashing and he felt they were attempting to discredit him….

“Because when I told the haters I was over this and didn’t want to be a part of their game and I defended Clay by saying he looked good and happy on Kimmel they attacked me and said I was a traitor. I can not go on lying for them and destroying a good person."

Some of those he did, somewhat name, as maybe being involved, including an accused blog owner who goes by the name of “Percocet” and owns the “Clay Aiken Fraud Squad” blog, formerly named, “Rabid Claymates Exposed.” This then led to a "fight" between them and a parting of friendship and partnership of sorts in trying to destroy Clay and his name.

“I am not, and to the best of my knowledge, no one on my blog is in any kind of cooperation with JP. It is becoming clear how insane he is. You can read his e-mails that he sent to me earlier tonight in my blog comments at 411. JP is just concocting a big story.”

He then counters with:

“I’d be willing to have a press conference admitting that this was all a lie and that Clay and I never met nor did he ever solicit me for sex and that as far as I know he is straight.”

Or, in his own words, on his own site of the time, that he claims didn't exist:

So much for saying it never happened or was said. Course this is par for the course; what he says changes daily, dependent on his mood. And just what kind of lie detector test do you really believe a tabloid rag would give to someone? Do they ask the right questions? Anyone can pass if they don't have to answer questions specifically about what they are lying about. Just like his later claims on his blog that a particular Claymate was paying for him to have another lie detector test taken in Raleigh. Only problem was, she knew nothing about it and wouldn't dream of even speaking to him, let alone having anything to do with him.

As an added thing, his claims of the church that Clay is going to perform at being up in arms over it and demanding proof he is not gay --- NEVER HAPPENED -- according to the church and a news station in the city. Guess it's just another big lie. See the TV report on this site --

http://www.ksn.com/news/local/10404272.html?video=YHI&t=a

"The Enquirer article claims church elders are demanding assurances Aiken is not a homosexual before allowing him to perform and the controversy has forced the executive pastor to write a letter to the congregation.

The Central Christian senior pastor is out of town and not available for an interview, but a church leader tells us there has been no outcry from church membership and no demands of Aiken."

There's more to the story you can read there, especially how they claim it is just a TABLOID story.

"A Wichita church, a former American Idol contestant, and questions about his sexuality. All of it sounds straight out of a supermarket tabloid, and guess what? It is."

Seems the man has answered the question several times in several ways. Can anyone blame someone for getting tired of being asked. There's more to life than someone's private sex life. Maybe they should take a clue from what he sings and lives -- "The Measure of a Man." Is he supposed to appear daily, weekly, monthly and continually say "hey, I'm still straight"? He's right, those who want to believe their own stupid ideas or stereotyping, instead of a man's word and how he has been seen to live, well, as he said, him saying anything isn't going to change their biased ideas, cause God forbid their "gaydar" be wrong. Of course, we all know tons of people who would "ping" one that are very far from gay, and then tons of macho men and bodybuilders who would "ping" on no one but are definitely as gay as they come. I think Lara said it best "Clay Aiken, character and integrity personified." So much more than a certain "little man" and his many minions and the other haters hiding behind computer screens and stupid names of drugs on vile sites. Here's a video that pretty much sums it up and SHOWS the answers so many try to claim have never been made.

Setting the Record Straight

So while someone sat blogging away on their computer for the last almost 2 years of their life, someone else has been out living his, going on vacation, touring, making new CDs, making TV appearances, making Unicef trips, making new friends and just plain living -- not huddling in a dark room in front of a computer telling one tall tale after another.

Occasionally even confronting another liar who got proved to be just the liar she is.

Really Kelly, think before you speak when it can be proven wrong.

Gee, being a nice person who respects others wins you new friends who thank you and are generous. They also continue to be your friend, meeting you for lunches and dinners when they are in town.

When it comes to wondering what someone has done with their life that is good or right, maybe the ones doing the fussing and lying should try to do something worthwhile for others instead.

I think his hands were pretty busy doing good things.

But then of course Clay has been surviving liars and haters for a long time, every since he entered the national scene. He just continues to survive and even thrive, just as he did in the beginning.

Simon, the first jerk.

And he continues to show who he really is. Shame others don't try to do as much good in the world and for others, instead of trying to stir lies and hurt.

This is why his fans loved him in the past, and still in 2005 and still in 2007. Nothing will change that.

And finally, this is WHO CLAY REALLY IS. Not some idiot freak that JP and other haters try to imply he is. He is not like the narcistic troll who has every picture of himself posted on the web without his shirt, with his pants unzipped, as though that shows a man, and sometimes even without his pants at all. Clay is the man who cares about children and those in need of help. He is the person who went on a show after already dedicating his future life and career to people who needed help. He is the man who said he wanted to make a difference in some way, and he has been doing it every since. His life doesn't revolve around himself and 15 minutes of fame trying to ride on someone else he never met.
